After a varied international business career, Nick Bown is now concentrating on providing a high quality sailing experience from his boat based on the Beaulieu River.

His interest in sailing started as a Sea Scout and he has had a lifetime of experience sailing a variety of racing dinghies and offshore cruisers. He is a fully qualified RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Instructor with a Commercial endorsement. Nick is a serving member of the RYA Council and member of the Central Finance Committee.

Over the years he has trained many crews and is used to sailing with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and different levels of experience.

With a good sense of humour he provides sympathetic and patient training to both beginners and those who wish to learn more, or you can have a relaxing holiday if you just want to enjoy the trip.
